The Investment Cycle

ACCEPTANCE

We locate undervalued assets/land showing strong valuation potential and place those assets under contract for purchase

CONTRACTS

We begin the capital raising process to locate the right passive investors to make the value addition happen

CLOSING

Once the passive investors are located and the asset is purchased, we handle every aspect of the project from beginning to end.

COMPLETION

Once the project is completed and the asset is sold the investor(s) receives their principal and interest and we start the cycle again.

Risk vs Reward

Traditional Financial Markets

If you're familiar with traditional investing, then you know that technology stocks are known for providing the highest returns, but they also carry the most risk. Conversely, the lowest returns are found in money markets and bonds which carry the least amount of risk.

Passive Real Estate Investing

All of our investors receive the same standard protections: 12 month Promissory Note, Mortgage Deed and Builder's Risk Insurance. Those protections come with 10 - 12% annualized returns. If an investor requires greater security or shorter terms, then they will receive a lower return on investment in exchange.
